Common fixes

My hint code is rejected

Codes only live for 60 seconds. Reload the hint page, copy the fresh code and paste it straight away. The code from the minute before or after is also accepted, so a slow paste is fine.

If every code fails, your computer clock is almost certainly wrong: codes are derived from the current time. Turn on automatic date and time in your operating system settings, then try again.

The popup opens tiny, blank or cut off

Open chrome://extensions, find Amaze Go Arrow Puzzle and press the reload arrow, then click the toolbar icon again. If you had zoomed the browser a long way in, the popup has less room to work with — press OPEN FULL GAME inside the popup to play in a normal tab instead.

My progress disappeared

Progress is stored in your browser profile on that one device and is never uploaded, so it does not follow you to another computer, another browser profile, or a guest/incognito window. Clearing browsing data or removing the extension also erases it.

There is no server backup — that is a deliberate privacy choice — so lost progress cannot be restored. You can keep your own copy any time with EXPORT SAVE on the extension's options page.

How do I reset everything?

In the game: Settings → RESET PROGRESS. That clears levels, records, statistics, achievements and hint bookkeeping straight away. Uninstalling the extension has the same effect.

Send this to support@iamtac.com. The seed code shown on the LEVEL COMPLETE panel (or the level number) lets us rebuild the exact maze you were playing.
